Our facility produces high-quality pillows and quilts with advanced technologies and an extensive range of fabrics and filling materials. Annual capacities include 2,500,000 pillows and 3,600,000 quilts, tailored to meet the needs of various brands. Products are prepared with requested materials and delivered in ready-to-use packaging.
Our Production Facility
Maya Tekstil operates on a 52,000 m² area as Turkey’s first and only down-processing plant. We are also one of the very few facilities in the region capable of processing premium natural fillings such as down, wool, camel hair, and cashmere — alongside cotton, bamboo, Tencel™, and various synthetic fibers — all under one roof.
Our production process is fully integrated: from raw material processing to the final ready-for-sale product, every stage is under our own control. Thanks to this unique structure, we have the capacity to develop more than 20 different filling combinations, offering flexible and creative solutions for different market segments and cost-oriented projects.
Our extensive production lines allow us to produce not only down pillows, duvets, toppers, mattress protectors, and cushions, but also fill down jackets. For high-volume and price-competitive projects, we operate two quilting lines for serial production, while for smaller quantities and brand-specific requests, we provide tailor-made boutique manufacturing services.
